We don't accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact me if you have a problem with your order.

All orders are processed in the order which they are received and typically takes between 5-8 business days. Our processing time is 7-10 business days. Tuesday -Saturday. Once shipped, it may takes an additional 3-5 business days for your item to be delivered once shipped with UPSN. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
